Thank goodness - it doesn’t hurt! For those ordering for the first time, I’m not sure how this product works, but it does. My family, including my mother, mother-in-law, and father-in-law, all continue to take it. It's hard to believe that their knees were in so much pain. Remarkably, after the seventh day, the pain subsided. I kept checking in, thinking it must be a temporary effect of a dietary supplement easing pain! My mother previously struggled to sleep on her right side due to hip joint pain, while my father-in-law couldn't sleep without painkillers. Now, he runs up the stairs! This product has been a godsend for us.

Excellent! I have arthrosis in my left knee following surgery to remove part of the meniscus, leading to extensive arthrosis. After taking this product and following it up with some exercises, I can now walk without the knee, which I never thought possible. The complex works superbly well. With just one capsule per day, it lasts three months! I certainly recommend it!

Advanced composition for joint support! I purchased this for my 70-year-old mother suffering from osteoarthritis in her knees. After a three-month course, where she took one capsule daily after breakfast, she experienced a significant improvement after just a week; her mobility enhanced and her pain diminished. I’m overjoyed with the results! After years of joint issues, I finally decided to try Chondroitin and Glucosamine as recommended by my trainer. Works! I purchased it for my 72-year-old mother with two-degree coxarthrosis. She suffered from pain in her knees, pelvis joints, and shoulders, often keeping her awake at night. An excellent dietary supplement! I order Solgar №7 for my mother, who suffers from painful joints, especially knee discomfort. The painful sensations significantly decreased. Initially, she took it separately for a week to test its claims and was amazed when the knee pain vanished. Now, she combines it with Glucosamine-Chondroitin. It's essential to follow the correct dosage and be cautious with components like MSM-sulphur, as they can occasionally cause headaches. Thankfully, my mother experienced no adverse side effects.
